Beef Eaters Wanted ~6 Course Coast to Coast Dinner at Hamilton’s Steakhouse and Bourbon Bar 

We are celebrating all things beef, as we offer regional interpretations on classic recipes from                                                                                                                                                                                       six different cities throughout the country on what has become recognized as Man’s Valentine’s Day.

1st Course – San Francisco, CA ~ Beef Sushi Roll

2nd Course – New York, NY ~ Bone Marrow – Slaughter House American Whiskey/True Grit Petite Sirah

3rd Course – New Orleans ~ Creole Oxtail Soup – Minor Case Rye/Federalist Zinfandel

4th Course – St. Louis, MO ~ Braised Short Rib Toasted Ravioli -Basil Hayden’s Dark Rye/Cantina Zaccagnini Rose

5th Course – Kansas City, MO ~ Grilled Dry Aged KC Strip w/ twiced baked new potato – Russell’s Reserve/Edge Cabernet

6th Course – San Antonio, TX ~ Assorted Chocolate Beef Jerky

6 Course Dinner $125 per person plus tax & gratuity
