The Garage is Moulin’s newest venue space. This space not only has its own private entrance and private restrooms, but it also has those interactive components that your guests will love! The Garage has video arcade games, skee ball machine, pinball machines, jukebox, private bar, and more. This industrial space is the perfect spot for a casual get-together with friends or coworkers.

Rhone Rum Bar

The Rhone Rum Bar pays homage to Paul and Wendy Hamilton’s second home, the British Virgin Islands, and celebrates the birthplace of one of the Caribbean’s most prolific spirits. Named after a legendary 1871 shipwreck, our bar takes Rum to a whole new level. We offer over 100 rums, classic Caribbean cocktails, frozen drinks, and authentic island fare.

Eleven Eleven Mississippi

Named after the street address, Eleven Eleven Mississippi is renowned in the
St. Louis culinary scene for serving award winning Tuscan/Californian cuisine since 2003. Once a part of the historic International Shoe factory, the restaurant takes advantage of the open space and natural elements of wood and brick to create a stunning yet comfortable dining environment that has been a St Louis favorite since opening.

Hamilton’s Urban Steakhouse & Bourbon Bar

Winnie’s Wine Bar

Paul & Wendy Hamilton and Jason Arnold opened Winnie’s Wine Bar in 2022 to complement the numerous other Hamilton Hospitality venues nearby. The name holds special meaning for the trio: Winnie was Wendy’s childhood nickname, and is still what her close friends call her to this day.
